SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

All pupils MUST strictly observe the following school rules & regulations.

1.   All pupils MUST wear the official school uniform during normal school hours. However games outfit must be worn on Wednesday and Friday.

2.  A pupil MUST NOT be absent from school without permission. Permission will ONLY be granted with a written request from the parent/guardian. In case of ill-health a letter from the doctor MUST be produced before a pupil is allowed to resume classes.

3.  Pupils are expected to take care of their personal items e.g books, clothes           and other related items. Pupils should not carry money and other                           unnecessary  items to school.

4.  Pupils MUST always be punctual, and attend all school activities. Reporting time is 7:00am – 8:00am. Any pupil who reports later than this without a concrete reason will not be allowed in class.

5.  Pupils MUST always endeavor to keep the classrooms and the school compound clean. Remember that cleanliness is next to godliness. All pupils should take good care of school properties in and outside their classroom. Parents will be responsible for any damages caused by their children at school.

6.   Pupils should respect teachers and the general public both in school and outside the school compound.

7.  Pupils should have their hair done properly while at school; Girls are allowed to plait their hair in a simple way and the boys should cut their hair plain short. No fancy hair styles are allowed in the school.

8.  Physical education (PE) and games are compulsory. A pupil will only be exempted from games if he/she produces a letter from a government medical officer.

9.   Any pupil suffering from an infectious disease MUST have the case treated in hospital. Such a pupil will only be allowed to resume classes after producing a letter from a government medical officer confirming the completion of infection treatment.

10.   All pupils must participate fully in both curricular and co-curricular activities.

11.   All pupils must strictly observe any other rules/regulations not mentioned here but which may come into force from the school administration from time to time.

12.   During any academic year there will be four main examinations. These will be held at the mid and end of each term. NB.To pass in an examination a pupil MUST score at least 75% .

13.   Only pupils who have cleared school fees and other payments will be accepted in class. Our school fees policy is zero outstanding school fee balance on day one.

14.  Corporal punishment will be meted out to pupils who show undesired behavior, in accordance with Government regulations.

15. The school does not provide special meals to any pupils.
